3 Questions Post Lumpectomy Surgery by 8 months:
    >I just don’t feel good. My bowels are a mess. Why am I so tired?
    >Is there a way to get rid of a seroma other than surgery?
    >What can be done for bone and joint pain of the lower back and neck? I have degenerative disc disease through my whole spine and it is really kicked off by the aromatase inhibitor.
    >Is it a death sentence to stop taking the aromatase inhibitor?
    >What can be done to prevent more bone density damage from the aromatase inhibitor? I already have osteopenia in my spine (hips are find for now). Osteoporosis runs in my family: my Mom and my sister. Thank you very much.

    Aloha Natan,
I am a member of your club. Thanks for all the great work you do!
I am a male 73 years young and have Lymphoma, with a white cell count of 140K.It has slowly been progressing and the white cell count has been slowly increasing over the past few years.
I live a very healthy life, eat organic foods, do 3 to 5 mile walks every day, and swim in the ocean 3 times a week. I don’t drink-smoke-etc and once in a while have a small cappuccino.
I drink 3 cups of organic green tea daily with a small amount of dark chocolate after each meal. My vitals are all excellent-blood pressure-oxygen saturation heart rate etc
Hematologist is suggesting I consider taking Rituxan.
I normally don’t like taking any drugs and was wondering what Dr Flavin recommends is the best holistic approach.
Unfortunately I am on Hawaii time zone so I will listen to the recording when it becomes available,

I have been told I have “profound” osteoporosis for my age, 54yrs. So Dr said the Tamoxifen is best option for me to help prevention of more breast cancer. I am postmenopausal, low DHEA, and I have genetics that say ” poor metabolism” of estrogen (and tamoxifen will increase oestrogen in liver). I am concerned about taking 20mg, as I am 46kg. Are there any other options? History: I had 3cm hormone positive, high tumour mutational load Breast ca, 1 LN, mastectomy, Axillary clearance, then I chose alternatives, not medical treatment. Then had recurrence 18mths later in chest wall LN x 3. Then did standard chemo, radiation. Responded well on ultrasound. Now 4 wks post radiation.

I have estrogen positive invasive lobular carcinoma and have pursued a natural course of treatment except for a lumpectomy 8 years when I was diagnosed. Cancer has returned and is inoperable. I would like to know your opinion on using mistletoe and would appreciate your thoughts on this including any specific products and dosing. Thank you and thanks for the 7 steps for becoming cancer free which I have just begun to follow.

Like some of the women above, I am a breast cancer survivor—specifically, Invasive lobular ER and PR positive, node negative stage 1A (found during routine mammogram 2 years ago when I was 55.). After lumpectomies to get clean margins, and radiation, I declined hormonal therapy because of concerns about toxicity and side effects. I have threequestions and would be grateful for an answer on any one:
1). Based on subsequent research I have become concerned about the risks of the biopsies and surgeries I had to promote Mets— although my conventional doctors deny any link. Is there anything one can do after the fact to counteract the risks of biopsies and surgery and radiation?

2). Are there natural alternatives to hormone therapy?

3). Speaking broadly, what foundational protocols would you recommend for early breast cancer survivors to reduce risk of recurrence?

Many thanks to you both – – Nathan and Dr Flavin

I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer, PSA of 20.1 and Gleason score 8. I’ve gotten two opinions and both teams have given me only two options. 1. Surgery and 2. Five days of high intensity radiation coupled with 1 1/2 years of hormonal therapies. Neither option is encouraging as I consider their risks/side effects. Are there any other viable options for effective treatment? If not stand alone options, what can I do to support the best outcome with one of the traditional, medical options. Also, do you have an opinion as to which medical option would have a better outcome for me, where I lead a generally healthy and active lifestyle?

Question–how do you prevent H. Pylori over growth? I have that infection right now. Taking Flagyl, tetracycline, Omeprazole
And Pepto-Bismol. I want to prevent future occurrences. These antibiotics are making me feel miserable with nausea.
Should one eliminate sweet fruits from their diet?
What is the preferred diet besides illuminating refined carbs and packaged foods?
