  1. Hi, I was curious what would be a good level for a non- fasting glucose blood test?

  2. Hi…here is a Diabetes question. All my naturopathic doctors have said that my pre-diabetes (118) is not diet. Instead, it’s genetic or a bad “set point”. Maybe it’s because I’m an excited-to-be-alive person. My diet has been low carb, no sweets, for 40 years! I’ve tried everything: organ meats, walnut butter, etc. What the heck should I do? –Thanks, Eric S.

Which would be the best form to re-introduce foods before a chemotherapy fasting, without creating dangerous sugar level picks? And more important, how to achieve a QUICKLY but SAFE and healthy gain weight in a cancer patient without the use of sugars and processed foods ( here in México the nutrition management at public health institutes is in general, disastrous). Thank you so much.
